Since registering as a patient with Churchside Medical Practice I have always found the staff to be responsive and helpful and after recently visiting the practice for my travel vaccinations I can only praise the staff further for their support and understanding. As some one who has a phobia of needles I was anxious prior to my appointment however the nurse I saw was understanding from the start, offering advice and helping me to feel as relaxed as I could. Not at any time did I feel under pressure during the appointment or following the vaccinations being administered to leave, everything was done at my pace which made the whole process a positive one. | |||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery since my return to Mansfield some 14 years ago. This is a training practice and the trainee Dr’s are monitored proffesionally, in fact, some have become exceptional permanent GP’s at the surgery. I am always treated with respect, dignity and feeling that I am a person not a just a patient. The on line service is brilliant for ordering repeat prescriptions and making ‘same day’ appointments. The nurses are friendly and efficient and the reception staff are always helpful and pleasant. Yes, I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a GP in Mansfield.
