Been waiting to see a doctor since January, everytime i ring get told to ring back in 4 weeks when next lot of appointment are available, this is disgusting!!

Try to get an appointment!!!! Hang on phone for an eternity, costing money, only to be told you've moved up 2 places in the queue after ten mins! Ridiculous! Covid I'd taking priority over other things, and that's fine, but I feel it's being made an excuse now for inefficiency in handling phone calls. You really must address this issue as many of my neighbour's, at different surgeries, don't experience this farce.

My concern is I have a husband who's job means he can't answer fones on site so needs a face to face as an advance appointment not same day because he has to ore arrange time off..this is impossible..like today I'm gonna,drive round its a Saturday he's coughing a lung up and needs to be seen but they don't allow you in with a cough he needs antibiotics I bet I have to fight for them for him ..I can't afford to sit on the phone just to be told to ring back
