Despite sending a letter of complaint to the practice manager and the Supervisor about an appalling recent experience and the total lack of empathy shown by the staff at the surgery, who have also been disrespectful and rude, we have had no response at all. No surprising given the general attitude of some of the front line staff. The GP's themselves are great on the whole. Made an appointment due 2 ongoing sickness, arrived on time book in with receptionist to be told 25 minutes later I was late for my appointment which is total rubbish. I will wait to see the doctor as I need to be seen! I do believe the receptionist never booked me in correctly and I am not pleased!!!! Normally I am not a poorly person and do not call the doctors every 5 minutes. I do work and took 1hr unpaid 2 be here today to be told I'm late!!! | |||||||
