Have been using this surgery for the past 16 years , since moving up from Surrey. I have always found them helpful and accommodating , never had a problem getting appointments , treatment or referrals , they are excellent , I am so glad that I am registered with them , all the staff and Doctors are helpful and I have never had a bad experience in 16 years , the doctors have identified health issues I had early and had them dealt with in a very timely manner, I always feel they are looking after me and that they do actually care about me.

Much better than our old surgery in Hertfordshire. We've been here for 12 years now and all the Doctors are excellent, and the Nurse Practitioners too. Reception staff are helpful and friendly. We didn't like the pharmacy much, so we use Tesco for that, but otherwise we are big fans. It's a busy place, so they do well to run things so smoothly.

Take a picture of swollen knee. Then told put it on website. Then given pain killers. Unable to see doctor. Told it was rumatoyed arthritis. How can they tell anything from a photo.
