i am absolutely disgusted with this surgery !! The receptionist need training on customer care and also need to learn how to speak to people in a better way !! Service from the GP are awful you are never listened too they make it very clear you are in a time limit !! They write down what they want too on the computer without actually taking in what you are saying !! I think is disgusting that on my last visit I was told to go and have a massage as that’s all they could do for me, however he didn’t write that down when he said it !! I think I’m the process of changing it’s a shame the doctors before were really good !! I absolutely hate having to go to this surgery as they always make me feel like they are doing me a favour ! I’m only going because I have to
