Phoned this morning at 8.30 number 37 in the queue they said, finally got to speak to a human being at 9.20. they then told me that there were no appointments left for today, they asked what was the problem then classed it as an emergency said a doctor would call me back. Ten minutes later a different receptionist called me back to inform me that the doctor said call in tomorrow morning at the surgery to make an appointment. Honestly the service prior to seeing the GP is shocking, you have more chance of winning the lotto!

Can’t get an appointment have tried many many times. Appointment system is not fit for purpose. Have decided to just give up, put up with injury and seek out another practise as Cadwagon surgery fails every time at the first instance.
