The problem with the poor reviews is patients have been used to easy access to doctors in the past for ailments that could easily be addressed by the pharmacist next door. I’ve been with the practice since it first started on Cowbridge Road and have always gone to a Chemist before bothering a doctor. The problem with this is that most people don’t want to pay for anything. If items that can be bought over the counter were not readily available on prescription then more would have to go through the advised route before asking for an appointment. I haven’t experienced a problem making an appointment when I actually need and not just want to see a doctor.
