After waiting well over a year for an initial appointment and having chased the matter several times, I finally received a letter inviting me to make an appointment. When I tried to do this, there were no appointments available. No explanation. Meanwhile, my whole body is increasingly leaning to one side, as a result, putting pressure on my spine, hips and knees. System does not even enable me to find a resolution. |

I was sent for an urgent blood test today, the staff were amazing and took their time making sure I was ok after having 2 funny episodes and them struggling to take any blood. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but you have 2 incredible nurses! |

I have just spent an hour trying to speak to someone regarding booking a blood test that must be on a specific day. I have not been able to speak to anyone not even reception! Know one has pick up a phone! It’s absolutely disgraceful. Everything is automated. Or know one answers the phone. You really need to sort this out! Brian Rowland. |
