Cannot contact on phone just hang up and leave phone off hook and when they do deliveries for the last 3 months they have left items out used to be excellent but now not fit for purpose

Spent all day try to call them over 12 time just run out then phone went dead trying out my mum medicine

not got delivery again been ringing all week no answer it’s important medication i need rung every day and had no answer
