Pharmacist is (despite being clearly very busy) always helpful and diligent in his work. This is replicated by all of those who I think the team. On two occasions i have experienced problems, considering I’ve been using the chemist for years.that is a pretty good success rate. Even better knowing that that those two problems were not created within the team but externally. The latest was an error by POD again I have found the POD team very helpful but my prescription was sent to the wrong chemist despite me informing them of the need for it to revert back to Taylor’s Radbrook Green. Not a problem for the pharmacy who along with boots and clear knowledge of the system. Just wanted to say in a long drawn out way... thank you, you are appreciated

The chemist did not receive all prescription items from the surgey. On telephoning the chemist advised it would make a request for the middling items urgently. Good service - much appreciated
