Blooms Pharmacy - the most excellent pharmacy - ever! We have been associated with Blooms Pharmacy for at least 20 years and, except for emergencies, would not consider using anybody else. The Pharmacist and Staff are the best and as we have our medications delivered their drivers are also of the very best - they will deliver at the shortest notice although we always try to give as much notice as possible. The deliveries are of the most courteous - in fact they are all lovely drivers who deserve all the praise they can get as we cannot give them enough. The Pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable (of course!) and put him or herself out to advise and assist when and wherever possible. Phone requests are always met with extreme courtesy and help, they deal with every request with speed and we just cannot recommend them highly enough. We could go on like this all day but would run out of space so will close our review with sincere thanks and long may our association continue. Bloom's have always been my go to pharmacy for advice and prescriptions. Recently my GP surgery neglected to send through my repeat prescription leaving me very short of my medication. Bloom's sorted it all out for me, taking away the stress and worry. They also offer a free delivery service of which I will be making use of as I've recently moved house. Highly recommend.

I am in the unfortunate situation that I require deliveries of wound dressings and medications on a weekly basis or even more often. A pharmacy is, therefore, an important part of my life. For about 8-10 years I have been a customer of Blooms (or Paydens, as it seems they are called now) and I have learned what a difference a really good pharmacy makes: - The staff behind the counter who answer my calls are without exception nice, friendly and helpful. - The pharmacists are always able to answer my questions and even call me to point out potential problems regarding two medications. Last week I had a call from them pointing out that the time of day I was supposed to take a particular medication might be wrong. - The person who does the deliveries are the stars of the team for me: Always helpful and polite, they even show me the courtesy of calling before they deliver. It is not unusual that prescriptions are delivered to me on the very same day they arrive from the surgery or the nursing team.
