Backwards looking and old fashioned, with inattentive staff, painfully slow service, extortionate prices and as if that is not bad enough, demand a minimum £5 (five pounds) spend for the use of credit/debit cards, including contactless. As the only pharmacy in the village and serving a mostly elderly demographic, they’re response to this is either to force a purchase of an unwanted item or to suggest to go to the nearest cash point, which is some distance away at the local Coop! This is absolutely unacceptable in the 21st century. I shall not be using their services again and shall recommend others boycott the store until this outdated practice ceases.
