I was offered a NHS health check whilst in the pharmacy collecting a prescription. The lady who prefomed the test was so knowlegeble and explained everything to me, blood pressure, cholestrial etc etc. I was made to feel at ease and she answered all my questions whilst also giving me health advice. I now understand about blood pressure and what cholestrial is.People are always quick to give negitive feedback I felt that I wanted to commend the service I was given by such a lovely happy lady and the bonus being it was a free service. Well done Lloydspharmacy and very well done to the lady wearing a supervisor badge who offered me the test and also perfomed it.

Always friendly and helpful. I'm somewhat mystified by the negative review as, in the 20 plus years I've used this chemist, I've never found them wanting. A great asset.
