I have used this pharmacy for nearly 3 years and have weekly delivery of my complex medication delivered to my home. The staff are very helpful and are flexible should I have to change the timing of the delivery. They all go over and above their expected duty, showing kindness and exceptional patience with me personally. I have difficulty in expressing myself due to a previous stroke which left me with slight speech impediment which is made worse when I am anxious or depressed. . This happens often, but I feel that they all understand my difficulties and show patience when i contact them. I would like to think that there is a good happy relationship built up on both sides, especially as we can laugh at times. Humour is essential in all my dealing with the outside world. I would like to conclude by saying a massive THANK YOU and welll done for putting up with me for all these years.

The staff at ironbridge pharmacy are very helpful. I used to use another pharmacy but found them rude. Since I've started ironbridge pharmacy I have been very pleased with their service

The pharmacist is no longer open at all on a Saturday. People who are in full time employment and contribute massively to our society are let down again by poor service. Doctors and pharmacists should provide a better service out of normal work hours so people don't have to take time off.
