We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Rang the Pickup Street pharmacy in Clayton at least 4 times this morning and no one answered, terrible service. | |||||||

Use this chemist regularly and always find when you are waiting to be served no one acknowledges you as you stand at the counter. Today 4 people working and stood 2 mins without even an hello or I'll be with you in a minute.Just completely ignored. I realise they are under pressure but a bit of acknowledgement wouldn't go a miss. | |||||||

Called into the pharmacy on Tuesday with my son who wasn’t to well , they were very busy but as soon as the pharmacist realised I needed pharmacist advise regarding my son she was efficient and took us into the consultation room , had a chat with us looked over my son and give me advise she was excellent, I will definitely be returning to this pharmacy again Original Comment Report...
