Requested a repeat prescription which they failed to order from the drs. So I had to order an emergency one so I was able to pick it up and signed for my controlled drug. A couple of days later realised the drug wasn’t in the bag with everything else so rang them and they advised they (the tablets) were there waiting for me. Went down today and waited over 10 mins because the prescription was still waiting to be filled - despite being told it was ready. Had to leave as I had an appointment elsewhere, when I returned she gave me the prescription but said it needed to be signed for, I explained I’d already signed for it last week and this is where the confusion had arisen as no one had told me anything was outstanding. She raised her voice in a room full of people stating this one hadn’t been signed for, embarrassed and frustrated I signed it. This is not the way to treat people no apology and not the first time I’ve had to deal with a stroppy member of staff

We have spoken to the manager at the branch and he will address the issues you have raised with the staff. We hope that the next time you use the pharmacy you will find the service much improved.
