The lady on the pharmacy counter on a Sunday with glasses is always so helpful. She somehow manages to juggle giving a thorough service to customers asking queries and dealing with medication. Credit to boots

I have just been in to get my prescription on Sunday 18th Feb and the staff are absolutely brilliant and a credit to the store. As soon as I walked in a long queue had formed and a few customers decided to give abuse to the staff for having to wait. The calm and collected nature of the staff showed up the horrible customers. You can tell they work so hard in what I’m sure is an unpaid and undervalued profession, taking pride in their work and trying to give good care to the customers that walk in. I work in a local care home. After the issue with my prescription was resolved as the hospital had sent it to another pharmacy I was given alternative advice to contact 111 and get a prescription which I didn’t realise was possible. I could tell the staff were overwhelmed and on the verge of tears from the abuse, I left feeling sad at the situation but happy with the service I had received.
