One Pharmacist is a dream, they are prompt, courteous and Im always glad to see them behind the counter when I visit (its my local pharmacy and I have prescriptions on repeat) unfortunately, there is another pharmacist that also works here who always takes their time to not only acknowledge me but also to dispense medicines to the point that sometimes I just don't bother. I was seeking the morning after pill from this boots. The pharmacist who prescribed it to me started whispering when I said what I was asking for. When she handed me the pill, she asked me to put it in my bag before leaving the shop. I am not ashamed to have needed this product and her judgement is not acceptable. The pharmacy desk seems to have no sense of customer service. I was kept waiting for a good 5 minutes whilst the pharmacist made calls to sort something out but did not even acknowledge my presence or say she would be with me shortly. Not the first time Original Comment Report... | |||||||
