Absolutely shocking customer service, the staff, when there are staff in there, are too busy gossiping with each other to bother coming to serve you. Even when I asked if I could be served I was told to wait while they finished their conversation (which was gossiping because I could hear them and not work related) it was a perfect example of really poor customer service and total rudeness. I left what I wanted to purchase on the counter and walked out and went to the Poundshop instead!

The team are always friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and reassuring. I've switched my prescriptions to them and unlike my previous pharmacy, they didn't bat an eyelid when I asked for dosette boxes.
