We normally order our meds online, as in the past, repeat prescriptions posted through letterbox, are not ready even after the 5 day wait period; perhaps it's now longer? Too often however, even when the mandatory waiting period has elapsed, the prescribed meds cannot be found, and more time then has to be wasted whilst various staff search the shelves for your paper bag, with the meds in.
