They seem unable to answer the phone when I call to order my repeat prescription. Short-staffed obviously.

Have had to come here to pick up brothers and sister in law prescriptions last 2 weeks. Each time there was very long queues nobody but nobody had a good word to say about the ‘service,’ difficultly calling it a service because it’s not! It’s downright annoyance that when you finally get to the counter your prescription hasn’t even been dispensed! Told to sit and wait only be a few minutes! 25 mins later …… it’s ready. Do not know what the problem is but it certainly needs resolving sooner rather than later. They are now moving to another chemist as they cannot put up with it any longer. where we live we receive a text saying script is ready along with a PIN number we can pick up 24/7 from the machine no problem so very organised and it’s also linked to an excellent doctors surgery. It’s a Rowlands chemist and top notch!
