I visited the Grafton Close, Wellingborough branch on 12/11/2016 with prescription in the name of myself and my wife. As dispenced,however, all the items that were on my wife's presciption had my name on them. This calls into question the competance of the chemist who checked them.

The senior staff there don't have a clue! They spend too much time whining and complaining to each other than the younger staff. You'd think them being adults they'd grow out of it. They are always rushing and making mistakes and leaving all the work to the younger staff. Glad I got out when I could. The manager/deputy manager sneaks off in the consult room all the time with another staff member to strategically talk about the other staff and they both constantly put down the younger staff members. They don't praise or treat any staff members well at all! People management is awful. They need to stop talking behind people's backs too.
