I’ve had many good experiences from this pharmacy but over the last year I find the senior staff very impersonal ie the pharmacist or similar. I have been asked person questions with other people present and over hearing which I find awkward. Today I tried to buy some sleeping tablets as not sleeping due to my partner having cancer in front of others in the shop to be told my cause wasn’t necessary so not only had I told everyone I was shamed into no go away. Please train your staff to be discreet I won’t be visiting again btw the young ladies are lovely maybe they can teach the older ones a lesson
