I'm a regular visitor and every experience is the same but today's (wednesday 17/07/19) has been the worst ever. I've removed them as the default pharmacy for prescriptions for myself and the family. Last Thursday my prescription was sent electronically to them. On Friday I went in, they confirmed receipt and was told over an hour wait. I told them I would collect on Monday the following week and they assured me it would be ready. I went in today and told they didn't have my presecription, that took 20 minutes. I went to the doctor and they gave me a paper copy that also included the reference barcode confirming it was in their system and the date sent. I went back to the pharmacy and gave this to them. It took another 20 minutes and then they came back to me and said it hadn't been completed as it was out of stock. This medication is critical to me. They hadn't bothered to tell me beforehand, they hadn't bothered to order any, they just couldn't be bothered and this is exactly what happens by this poor performing pharmacy. The staff are rude and this includes the manager who really needs to learn some manners and customer service. I went to the pharmacy on Blackbird Leys Road who ordered and confirmed I could pick up tomorrow. It isn't just me, I see the same challenging conversations by other customers whenever I am in there. They are forever denying electronic prescriptions have arrived and take forever to complete with no consideration the valuable time people have. This place is a disgrace, go elsewhere. I can only assume the positive reviews left on google are self created Original Comment Report... This certainly isn't the level of service we expect for our customers. I understand this must have been very frustrating and I'm sorry for any upset caused. As a responsible company we make every attempt to have adequate supplies of medication available in our pharmacies to fulfil patient’s prescriptions. However, there may be factors and demands we are unable to predict. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced in obtaining your medication. I would like to assure you that the pharmacy team will be reminded of the importance of ensuring the supply of sufficient quantities of medicines is stocked, wherever possible. I apologise again for any inconvenience caused. Jas |
