poor service. Have used this pharmacy at least every two months for regular prescriptions.Since control was taken over by bestway(?) this establishment has become more and more chaotic. Having several items I always leave my prescription to be collected a day or two later.When I return frequently it cannot be found , or is still waiting to be done. Ihave recently started to take codiene for back pain,two weeks ago the delivery had not arrived ,so I had to make a second journey to get it..This week the bank holiday was blamed, and the delivery was waiting to be sorted.Could I come back later? this being saturday when they close at lunchtime.I was also told that my prescription had not been received by them until friday afternoon(were they blaming my doctors surgery?) I actually took it in myself on friday morning.I now find it embarrassing to visit this establishment so will go elsewhere,even though it is inconvenient for me.
