I went today to collect my prescription an old woman with white hair in a bun was giving me a xenophobic look while signing my prescription papers, I asked for a glass of water as I had just come out of a MRI session which I told her and instead of being accommodating and pleasant she seemed to had an issue doing so as a customer regular patient in distress it seem clearly she couldn't be asked.. when I placed the remaining plastic glass of water on the counter for her to dispose, she rudely and dismissively asked me to throw the plastic glass of water myself and throw into the bin outside! There was only me and one other person! Inexcusable ! Simply disgusting she should be sacked! It has not been the first time! Interesting of all of more than justified unfavourable reviews I do not see any feedback with an apology that just speaks for itself...

Usually a big queue of ill people and little or no ventilation, when you get to the front you are ignored for ages. The service is slow, low tech and disorganised. The staff are rude. Go elsewhere for your prescriptions.

About half of the staff here are rude, unhelpful, and at times unprofessional. There have been times I've seen them fob off customers who incidentally were ethnic minorities, meanwhle being sweet as pie to the locals they have chosen to befriend. There have also been times they made up stuff about patients in order to not help them with emergency scripts/meds. If you can afford to go into town and collect meds from Boots, I would recommend it. These hens act like they can pick and choose who to treat with dignity and respect.
