I just got off the phone to someone from the pharmacy, asking a question about contraception. Whoever answered the phone was extremely insensitive and lacking care. I got off the phone in absolute shock. Sure she was straight to the point, but when asking such a question you'd expect more sympathy and care.

Went to get my prescription Sunday, asked lady if could buy over the counter and if cheaper she said no. Then told me 20 minute wait, 2 people before me had put prescriptions in and said they were doing a full shop and no rush. I queried and she said they were busy and goes in order so would have to wait regardless! I understand there is an order but 20 mins for a prescription?? I took it and got today in local chemist, 1 minute and also told I could buy over the counter for £4 cheaper then prescription cost and I didn’t even ask. So I think they are disorganised and obviously not trained properly or couldn’t be bothered to check!! Pure lack of customer service!
