| We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines. Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that. Our pharmacies We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers. As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect. |

Almost every time I visit this pharmacy after ordering a week earlier, either my prescription is not ready or part of my prescription is missing and I am told to return the following day. Most of the counter staff are polite but one woman in particular is downright rude. There are always a lot of staff working in the pharmacy so staff shortage cannot be the problem. Difficult to recommend this pharmacy | |||||||

Not fit for purpose had to wait one hour for our prescription ordered eight days earlier then it is not all there it is like this most months. Now about opening times one hour late this afternoon one morning 8.45 had to knock on door to wake them they were not pleased Thankyou | |||||||
