A very good service and friendly staff. Can discuss medical problems and medication with chemist in private.

The Mall Pharmacy has been around over 30 years run by the same people, and their dedication to customer service is to be commended. They must have hundreds of customers but always seem to remember people, ask how they're doing and remember little details about their lives. Additionally of course the service as a pharmacy is top notch including their ability to offer advice on a whole range of ailments. Other pharmacies may be available in the area but this is the best. Wholly down to the staff. "Service with a smile" doesn't begin to describe it, they are lovely people who become more like friends.

Whilst waiting for my consultation yesterday, I was so impressed with the near excellence customer service. The staff were so helpful and addressed familiar customers with their names. A bespoke service where you are treated as an individual. I was really impressed as this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of service since moving to Luton 3 years ago. I’d definitely recommend using this Pharmacy you will not be disappointed at all! The staff showed care and empathy certainly made my day. Please do continue with your near perfect service.
