Every single time I come to this pharmacy to collect a prescription the staff are not quick to serve, often engaging in private conversations even though they have seen you waiting, further the number of times I have gone in and had to wait for them to make the script up despite it being ordered several days prior is ridiculous, on one occasion during this covid while having to queue outside (while they only let 1 patient a time into the pharmacy) I had 3 people in front of me and had to wait almost 40 minutes for my turn to be served. This pharmacy seems disorganised, slow and lazy. I cannot say I have ever had such slow service at a pharmacy, ever. How on earth they have 3.6 stars from 5 is a mystery to me. It really needs to buck it's ideas and staff training up.
