My elderly mother who has Alzhiemer;s was meant to have her medicine delivered to her on Thursday. Over the weekend we discovered that she had not received this. We then discovered that their driver had dropped the medicine through another persons external letter box leaving my mother with no medicine over the weekend. When I complained, the pharmacist blamed my Mum. The pharmacist then discovered their driver made a mistake and did not apologise. I told the pharmacist their driver was at fault as a child or anyone could have had this medicine. The pharmacist told me that I had to go elsewhere for medicine.
