I had to call this Boots Pharmacy this afternoon to enquire if a prescription that was ordered by my Gp was available to be picked up I spoke to one of the service workers who was most rude this is totally unacceptable for a person who is at the forefront of dealing with members of the public to take such a rude attitude approach to my enquiry. I would like to say that this lady definitely needs to be retrained on her Customer Service skills!
