My 1st visit here, I happened to have a prescription that required filling. However, whilst that part was clearly easy. the lady behind the counter made my an interesting suggestion...would you like to take your prescription to Tesco(who in this town have a pharmacy department!). Rather than argue. I took the offer! This is really good by Boots, passing business elsewhere. If only other businesses would take a note of this level of service. Im assuming Boots HQ don't mind. For future reference, rather than be invited by staff at Boots, I will take my prescriptions to the local supermarket.
