Came at me with a cricket bat. Worst chemist ever. Went in today to purchase some over the counter eye ointment for an eye infection. Was told that chloramphenicol isn't licensed for eye use, even though I've been using this medicine for my eyes over the past 40 years. I've had issues with this chemist before, my partner had hives and was told she needed anti-biotics rather than a simple antihistamine and to go and see a doctor. So I went to the chemist at our local supermarket and bought an over the counter Optrex chloramphenicol eye drops. I went back to Hollis to tell them of their mistake, and the chemist took offence to this and told me to f**k off. I told him he was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. He then continued to shout at me, and then offered to fight me in the street. When I got into my car, I could see him coming up the road with a cricket bat in his hand, he had walked 200 yards from his shop to find me, I locked my doors as he waived the cricket bat in the air calling me all sorts. I managed to get away without any further incident. This man is not mentally stable, this man should not be working with the public or the NHS. Keep well away.

Supposed to deliver my medication No word till now 5 days now

The person I spoke to on the phone had terrible manners definitely no way to speak to people will never use this pharmacy again
