I would just like to praise the service and the staff at this branch it is always a pleasure going in the staff are friendly and the service is always excellent.

I have a condition that causes a mild degree of mental impairment. I have been using this pharmacy for about a year now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are always patient, helpful and friendly. My medications are always spot on, right medicine, right amount and/or a clear explanation of when it will be available and why. When I have had a memory lapse, or the surgery has got the prescription wrong they have been able to get it sorted out far more quickly and efficiently than anywhere else I have ever been. I am often a bit groggy and need things explained carefully, sometimes more than once. In other pharmacies people have talked down to me, but here they have always dealt with me with patience and respect. If they say they will phone you, they do. Oh and they have even returned property to me on my next visit, when I hadn't realised I had left it there - definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Really great pharmacy, great staff, great place.

In my experience with Kamsons Pharmacy in Hailsham I can only praise them for their efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. I have used their services many many times and found them to be very efficient and their free prescription delivery service is a welcome bonus. I too have medicine that requires to be kept refrigerated and found that it had an icicle sticker on the package to remind me to keep it refrigerated and it was seperate from my other items, so couldn't fault it.
