I have used this pharmacy for many years, but since the company expanded their premises I have experienced an escalating series of problems in obtaining prescriptions. I have had to wait for up to 35 minutes for a prescription to be prepared, medication has not been available on the day, they have claimed (wrongly according to the surgery ) not to have received computer instructions, and they have denied possessing paper copies which I have personally handed to them. The same errors recur, they appear to make no effort to rectify the problem, and make no apologies.
