As I am disabled, Penryn Surgery suggested that I could have my prescription delivered to my home, to do this I should go to Hendra Chemists to arrange this which I did, my first delivery was arranged for Tuesday 5th June, it did not arrive, when I contacted HENDRA PHARMACY, I was told that as I was a new delivery, someone had forgotten to add my name and address, NO APOLOGY. I collected my prescription and arranged for my next one to be delivered on Tuesday 3rd July, I provided a contact phone no., in case of any problems. I phoned HENDRA PHARMACY early on 3rd July to enquire what time to expect my delivery and was told to expect it A.M. no time given but before lunch time.I phoned again at 12.30 am to check again and was told that it would be coming and to stay in. At 2.12pm I received a call from HENDRA PHARMACY to say that their driver had finished his deliveries and gone home, NO APOLOGY. I asked why nobody had phoned me, was told " I don't know, he found where you live but wasn't sure so didn't go in ". ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
