I’ve visited this chemist before and never had an issue until this week. A certain member of staff dealt with my queries quite quickly and helped me but did it in such an unprofessional and rudely manner. I needed help to fill out a form that I wasn’t familiar with and I thanked the staff member for helping me and her reply was ‘actually it’s been quite a pain in the bum to be honest’ this remark immediately made me feel uncomfortable and that I was in the wrong for needing help. Yes the woman helped me with my form but could’ve been nice about it. I work in the health profession myself and wouldn’t speak to someone I’m helping like that. Just thought I’d raise this concern because I wouldn’t want others to feel the way I did. I suffer with anxiety so being in a situation I’m not use to was unsettling in the first place but comments like that made it worse. I now feel on edge about going back to that certain chemist and will be going elsewhere.
