Some staff are helpful, but generally the waiting times are awful as they are always understaffed, and you never seem to see the same pharmacists twice. The phone NEVER gets answered, but feel free to waste your life trying. Such a shame.

Worse experience I have had. I usually go to sainsburys but as tesco is I decided to go there. At first they could not find my prescription. Infront of everyone they humiliated me by telling me that I had to pay even though you could clearly see I was a student. The cheek of asking me to pay in such a rude manner was unreal. I even showed them the box which I am '18 and in FULL TIME education' and they still told me I was not that one. They stood there telling me I had to pay. At this point I had to phone my doctors who then told me that I was right and that I did not have to pay. The pharmacist then asked who I phoned and as soon as I said my doctors they said I didn't have to pay. To me it looks like they were there just for the money. I would rather go to sainsburys than experience this again.
