Terrible customer service from a lady with short bobbed brown hair....they did not have my 5 year olds antibiotics in stock....got told we don't have it, can't get it.....when asked what I should do I was told I needed to drive around pharmacies until I found one that did... no help givennor advice in any form whatsoever.....Will get all my families prescriptions transferred to Willows moving forward.

The Lloyds Pharmacy in Aylsham is so bad now. The staff are pleasant but its never open now due not being able to get a pharmacist in. This is no good when you are in need of your medication or any other items you may need. I've now changed to Willow Pharmacy which I have heard really good reviews about
