Two visits no meds. One phone call to BPharmacy to confirm meds in stock. Drove to collect. Waited 30 mins plus as lots of faffing around. Not happy

My dad has a prescription of 3 items, we have to pick them up individually. We have to do 3 trips for 1 prescription. He suffers with copd severe. The reception blames the doctors and it’s back and fourth. I would love it if once a month I can pick up the full prescription for my dad. On the dates it was issued he is always running out a few dads before which causes stress and makes him even more breathless.
