Staff are slow and there is absolutely no personal touch whatsoever. I have been going there for over 3 decades (since before it moved) and I still get asked my name and address and treated like a nuicance. The knowledge of the counter staff is also very poor... especially considering how long some have been there. They often get my repeat prescriptions wrong and I have to go there again to sort it out. It's awful. They are much more helpful and nice at Regent Chemist across the road. A pity that they don't stock as much as Lloyds.
