Do everything you can to avoid going to this pharmacy. My daughter is 5 months old and for the past month has had a prescription for ‘cows milk allergy milk’. As well as antibiotics and creams for eczema. I haven’t had one easy transaction to get her prescriptions. They don’t have the milk, they can’t get the milk and are just completely useless. I don’t know what they think she can drink? I have started ordering the prescription online, as they have recently asked me to do. I had the delivery date given to me plus a text and email to confirm they were ready to collect. Went in to no prescription, and made to feel like an idiot. Leaving empty handed to try and find a rare milk for my daughter you cannot buy anywhere. They are rude, and just extremely disrespectful to the needs of my baby. Delaying her prescription on multiple occasions. I went yesterday and they had one tin and an ‘I owe you’ note for another tin. It would make it absolutely impossible to go away as I’m down there every 2 days trying to get more milk for my child. It’s so stressful. AVIOD!!

For some inexplicable reason this pharmacy regularly cock up my regular prescriptions. When they do this I often as not have to wait several hours before they will even pick up the 'phone, and this is before they sort out the problem. They invariably blame Trescobeas surgery for the problem and of course they blame the pharmacy! Today (30 Dec...my 60th birthday) I have been trying all day to chase up my missing prescription yet no one will answer the 'phone.....this is typical. Hopeless arrangement.

I hate to write a bad review but - I am so weary of the same shocking service delivered by this pharmacy. The management is clearly the weakest link in this environment and the service is beyond unacceptable! Every time I have visited the pharmacy I have witnessed an appalling lack of people skills from the senior staff members. This is towards both members of the public AND staff members. I think it’s fair to say that the female manager is lacking in customer service skills and management skills. The junior staff are always helpful, approachable and professional. They are quite clearly trying to do the best with what they have - and I (as well as friends who use the pharmacy) have observed several occasions where they have been held publicly accountable for errors that are quite obviously the managers responsibility. I have seen young members of staff reduced to tears after being publicly humiliated and watched other customers shake their heads at the way staff are spoken to. I can’t fathom how this behaviour is excused, and I dread going to the pharmacy as I know there will be an issue of some description. Or, an unsavoury experience to be privy to. I have been a Manager for 39yrs and I would be so incredibly embarrassed and saddened if someone was representing my business in the manner that is present at this pharmacy.
