Absolutely terrible. I have been trying to ring Boots in Taunton off and on Monday and Tuesday to see if prescription in. as you know Boots shutting down Norton Fitzwarren so closest is Taunton. It is absolutely awful for Taunton being a large store do not pick up the phone. Taunton is not offering a duty of care at all. I have filed a complaint which apparently I need to wait 72 hours for a response, again in my book totally unacceptable. In future I will look to support more local chemists as Boots of Taunton in my book do not have a duty of care.
