I ordered a prescription via Online Doctor, received an email that it was at the pharmacy. When I came in there were 4/5 others all waiting around the small store, so waited at the counter. There were 4 staff who all ignored me, after 5 minutes I was asked for my name. They had no record of the prescription and sent me next door to ask at the surgery. The receptionist was exceptionally rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. Quite honestly the worst customer experience I have received in a very long time. I was sent back to the pharmacy by now there were at least 3 more customers waiting. They eventually found my prescription, waited another 15 minutes to then be told only 20% was in stock and to try another pharmacy. This pharmacy seriously needs reviewing, even another elderly customer who witnessed what was happening said to me the staff make you feel like you are bothering them. He couldn't have captured it better.

Hi there I am very sorry for the disappointing service received when visiting our pharmacy. This certainly isn't the level of service we expect for our customers. I understand it must have very frustrating and I will ensure this matter is fed back to the Field Management Team. My experience after one year of using the pharmacy. Chaotic, boxes of drugs frequently left on the floor in the waiting area, staff are rude inefficient and very slow.
