Always have to wait and continuously cannot fill whole prescription even after ordering a week in advance have now moved to Boots

Always have people waiting, it’s so much harder to pretend to be busy than actually just doing the job they’re paid to do! RUDE woman eventually served me asking, have you telephoned to say your coming in? Me, I didn’t know you had to I just want to pick a prescription up. Woman, oh you don’t, me, I didn’t. A smirk on the woman’s face, you need to wait. Another elderly lady who’d been stood waiting since I entered was still waiting, she was quite distraught. Half hour later I get the prescription. Attitude towards people is that, I’m in control and you’ll wait as long as we want you too. I’ll swan about as if I’m important. What’s happening to being pleasant, it’s gone! There are the odd staff that do show politeness, the ignorant arrogant ones need to be gone!
