Having wrote a review 2 months ago I felt compelled to write another one . Some of you may read that review and think oh she had a one off good experience or they were being good to get your custom. Well you would be mistaken . I have been given continued support in a variety of different ways they have continued to go above and beyond for me and I suspect they do with everyone . The Phar most who is the boss actually delivered my tablets later on , on a Friday because I needed them . Sadly (because it doesn’t say a lot about the world we live in ) I’m overwhelmed by the fact they are just nice people who treat you like a human being not just another customer. I even felt comfortable ringing and asking when my Perscriptions would be delivered as I was in pain and needed to lie down and a lovely staff member offered to ring me to wake me up when he was on his way to wake me up . I mean if that sentence doesn’t speak volumes then nothing I wrote will.. if there was some award I could vote them in on I would and I would get many people to as well. Thank you to all of you who deal with me I hope you get the response you deserve after this review.

West Hill Pharmacy is the best in Town. I have been to at least three others and subsequently moved because of Cock Ups and Miserable staff. What a difference I have found at WH. A very knowledgable and Approachable Pharmacist, with an excellent team supporting them. The Ladies really know their stuff, and nothing is too much trouble. They deliver my prescriptions and always have time to see if I am ok. They always ask if there is anything else I need. Brilliant Service. Everyone in Brid should use them, delivery to the door, Fantastic.
