I was recently visiting family in Whitchurch and needed an emergency prescription. I called every pharmacy in Whitchurch, Wem and Shrewsbury and none had what I needed in stock. Green End Pharmacy were the *only* ones who offered to order it in for me. They had what I needed by 11AM the next day. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and the way the lady actually offered to help. Customer service and care at it's very best.

My family and I have only lived in Whitchurch for six months at time of writing this review. Absolute fantastic pharmacy!!! The customer service and attention to detail is first class. I would honestly and truthfully advise that anyone use this as their pharmacy. The help and advice is outstanding and it is pleasure to give them the business that they truly deserve. I have personally spoke to the pharmacist who's time and patience with me helping with my father's medication is very much appreciated. Great pharmacy please use them.

I, like thousands in our town and out, have used this chemists most if not all of our lives. And unless YOU are the one with the issue then there isn't one. The staff there are wonderful and have always gone out of their way to be polite. And even when I'm the one who is late with a prescription, they go even further out of their way to ensure I get it asap. The staff even wave to the people they recognise in the street and when on their rounds in the van. Nothing but a wonderful experience with them. D.W
