Just looked at the reviews from 2017/18 and 2018/19 The answers given on the weaknesses are meaningless, standard responses. I particularly note the issue of the waiting area and suggest that in both reports the response says something to the effect of 'looking into it'. Yet nothing has changed. While I can see little opportunity for this small branch to improve in this area it annoys me to see such a trite answer. Surely much better to acknowledge they would find it difficult to improve in this aspect. This is not the fault of the staff who I doubt get much say in the corporate 'vision' and is just indicative of the lipservice most large companies give to customer feedback.
