Disgusting went in to pick up repeat perscription for very important medication to be told it’s not ready. I said it had been two working days to be told It’s not ready as you have to wait 5 working days. Since when?? on the repeat perscription and on the doctors website it still states 2 working days.not happy this medication is for a child as well. Original Comment Report...

Thank you for leaving your feedback regarding Well Kirkham on Market Square. I would like to apologise for the inconvenience of the length of time for prescriptions.
All feedback is recorded on our database which is reviewed and evaluated on a regular basis and allows us to monitor the quality of service we provide and to take action where required.
The time frame stated on the repeat prescription and the doctors website is the time it takes for the doctors to produce the prescription and send it across to the pharmacy. The pharmacy will then need additional time to prepare the medication and have it ready for collection. However, should you have required the medication urgently the pharmacy team would have been able to process this for you within their waiting time.
I will share this feedback with the Branch Manager to ensure the appropriate action is taken to improve customer service in the future.
